Please note that the Mandel Hall Schedule has largely been finalized for the year. We encourage you to submit your requests regardless, and if we are unable to accommodate you, we will reach out with more information about how to book your event in this high-demand space for the 2025-2026 school year.

Terms and Conditions

My RSO is only allowed to submit one request form. I understand Student Centers will prioritize ensuring that every group gets a timeslot, before allocating multiple timeslots to a single group.
I understand that I may not get my first choice of date, duration, or day of week.
There is a fee per day for the rental of this space. I understand that the base fee applies regardless of how much time is spent in the space.
In order to maximize space available to all groups, Student Centers are taking a stricter approach to no-shows. I understand that if we fail to cancel, my group will be charged a fee, and repeated no-show organizations will lose the ability to book spaces.
