Our Philosophy

The Student Centers are deeply committed to the professional development of students via a large number of employment opportunities. We currently employ over 100 undergraduate and graduate students across our operation in the following roles:

• Coffee Shop Managers
• Coffee Shop Barista
• Ida Noyes and Reynolds Club Building Managers
• Mandel Hall Event and Technical Crew
• Pub Attendants

Our goal is provide hands-on, real-world experiences to students as a way to hone their skill sets while at the University. Our employment experiences are centered on learning, customer-service, and critical thinking.
