Pub Event Request Form

We are happy to announce the pub is welcoming back guests of UCID holders! Limit three guests per UCID holder.

Please note that:

  • Registered events should not exceed 60 people; if you are hoping to hold an event in the Pub that would draw more than 60 people, please email directly to THEPUB@medici57.com
  • Groups larger than 25 can choose from the following start times; 4pm, 5pm and 6pm
  • Groups are not permitted to register events after 8PM on Wednesdays, as Pub Trivia is held weekly at that time
  • Registered events are required to open a tab and provide food during event time
  • A $20 admin fee will be applied to groups that spend less than $500
  • Please only enter one event per form submission.
  • This is a request and filling out this form does not guarantee your event. A member of the pub team will get back to confirm the details and the booking.

Thank you for your request.  A member of the pub team will contact you to register your event and to pre-order food.

The event tab can be paid by credit card, cash, or check on the night of the event, or we can send an invoice to be paid by check or through epayment.uchicago.edu.
