Student Groups

As part of its mission and to serve students, the Student Centers offer free and discounted rates and special services for student groups, which include Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs), Student Engagement Fund (SEF) Organizations, and Graduate Student Organizations (GSOs) that are formally recognized by their corresponding school or division. Student led and planned events are a major booking priority for the Student Centers.

Policies and Pricing

Make a Reservation

For Indoor Events and Tabling Requests (including outdoor tables):

  1. Browse our Event Spaces
  2. Browse our Event Services and Room Setups
  3. Request an event space using our online scheduler, EMS.
  4. Wait for your confirmation emailed from our scheduling office*

For Outdoor Events and Installations

  1. View the Quad Maps or Banner Locations
  2. Submit our Outdoor Event & Installation Request Form
  3. Wait for your confirmation emailed from our scheduling office*

*We may follow up with questions before confirming, depending on the complexity of your event or installation.  Because the quads are shared spaces, the scope of certain events or installations may require the approval of other departments.

 

Meeting Room Lottery (Quarterly)

Student groups that wish to schedule regular meetings or rehearsals in one of our event spaces or classrooms may enter the quarterly room lottery.

Room lottery spaces are assigned at the end of the previous quarter.  For more information, please visit our Room Lottery page.

Performance Space Lottery (Annual)

For groups wishing to book up to (1) week per quarter in FXK Theatre or Mandel Hall.  RSOs with a theatre or performance focused mission are given priority.
